Krieg, Keller, Sloan, Reilley & Roman LLP was established in San Francisco by the five named partners in 1998.

The founding members were partners in a major California law firm, each with a track record of substantial success. They decided to form a smaller firm that would be less concerned with the business of large law firm practice and would concentrate exclusively on providing clients with superior legal representation. The foundation of the firm is hard work, creative and aggressive advocacy, and an unwavering focus on the needs of the client. Our eighteen attorneys practice exclusively in the area of complex litigation.

Our goal in every case is to achieve the best possible result in a cost-efficient manner. We have found that, in the litigation context, the best results are often achieved when the opposition knows that we are prepared to try a case. Our partners have successfully tried over 200 cases to conclusion, as well as having participated in hundreds of arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. More often than not, this expertise leads to favorable settlements without the necessity of trial.

The firm specializes exclusively in litigation, in fields including commercial disputes, securities fraud, professional liability, intellectual property, entertainment litigation, insurance bad faith, product liability, toxic torts, and white collar criminal defense. We emphasize understanding our clients' business so that we can help find solutions that make sense for that business.

We are committed to providing our lawyers with the support they need to meet the most sophisticated legal challenges and employ only the most qualified associate attorneys, paralegals and staff. Our philosophy is to combine hard work and great results with a sense of excitement about practicing law at the highest level.
