Tracy Clements has substantial experience handling a variety of complex litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, commercial and business torts, accountant liability, securities class actions, and white collar criminal defense. She has represented clients throughout the United States in litigation at the trial and appellate court levels, in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and in investigations by governmental agencies.

Prior to joining Krieg, Keller, Sloan, Reilley & Roman, Ms. Clements served as a law clerk to the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and worked as an associate at Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon.
