Garth A. Rosengren has experience across a range of civil litigation subjects, representing clients in the defense and prosecution of a variety of commercial disputes as well as the defense of product liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Garth spent several years in Sacramento representing plaintiffs and defendants - individuals, public entities, and business entities - in state-wide and national class actions and other complex litigation, including multi-party coordinated matters and multi-district litigation. These cases often included antitrust claims under both federal and state law, statutory unfair business practices claims (California's Business and Professions Code § 17200 as well as other states' statutory schemes), or product liability claims. He has also represented individual and institutional health care providers in litigation and before state agencies.
