One of our partners is one of only a few attorneys in the country who have ever tried a case to verdict under the Semiconductor Chip Protective Act of 1984, and another is a licensed patent attorney who has previously prosecuted cases before the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.

We have opposed nearly every large firm in California, as well as many of the biggest firms across the country and the world in connection with our intellectual property matters.
